Poor Little Rich Kids LLC

A Georgia-based, for-profit real estate, community development and housing coordination company. A Place to Belong. A Foundation to Thrive.
OUR BUSINESS IDENTITY

Real estate expertise.
Community purpose.

Poor Little Rich Kids LLC was founded to prove that disciplined real estate development and compassionate community building belong together. We acquire and reposition hospitality and residential properties, coordinate leasing and placements, and bring public agencies, employers and community partners around a shared goal: sustainable housing that supports long-term stability.
Today our network spans operating extended-stay and workforce properties in Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi and Florida, along with planned adaptive-reuse communities, including our flagship Safe Haven & Heritage Healing vision in Norcross, Georgia.

FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

Jessica M. Carr

Jessica M. Carr is the founder and managing director of Poor Little Rich Kids LLC. She leads the company’s real estate development strategy, property acquisition and repositioning, residential placement coordination and strategic partnerships with government agencies, workforce organizations, housing providers and property owners.
Her leadership combines financial discipline with a long-term view of community development: properties are selected and redeveloped to remain viable for owners and partners while creating dependable, dignified housing for the residents who live there. Through Safe Haven & Heritage Healing she is advancing a community model in which housing is connected to the resources that help families stay stable and move forward.

Leadership statement

“Every building we touch should leave a community stronger than we found it. We build for owners who want responsible partners, for agencies who need reliable housing, and for families who deserve a place to belong. One Heart. One Helping Hand. One Building. One Bed at a Time.”
