This website is published by Poor Little Rich Kids LLC (“PLRK”) to provide information about our company, our property and development network, our Safe Haven & Heritage Healing initiative and our inquiry pathways. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Informational content

Property profiles, planned services and development descriptions are informational. Property information is drawn from owner-supplied documentation and is subject to verification. Design visualizations and renderings are conceptual and do not depict completed construction. Nothing on this website is a lease, a reservation, an offer to lease, an offer of investment or securities, or a guarantee of services.

Housing disclosures

• No property is published as available for leasing until availability, monthly rates, deposits and terms are confirmed in writing by the property.
• Submitting an inquiry, intake or referral does not guarantee housing, funding, approval, a specific property or a specific move-in date. Each property approves its own residents and sets its own criteria, which may vary by property and program.
• Leases and written agreements are made directly with Poor Little Rich Kids LLC or the property owner or operator, never through this website.
• Planned amenities and programs, including those described for Safe Haven & Heritage Healing, are proposed and not currently operational unless stated otherwise. Programs are intended for delivery through qualified partners.

Poor Little Rich Kids LLC is a for-profit company. Safe Haven & Heritage Healing is its flagship community housing and stability initiative. Heritage Healing and Safe Haven A Flawless Enterprise Co. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization; donations made through this website are received by the nonprofit, not by Poor Little Rich Kids LLC.

Donations

Donations are voluntary and are processed securely by PayPal or Stripe. A donation does not create any right to housing, placement or services, and does not influence eligibility decisions. Contributions to a 501(c)(3) organization may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; please keep your emailed receipt and consult your tax advisor.

Acknowledgments and electronic records

Acknowledgment checkboxes on our forms are recorded with the date, time and submission details. They document your acknowledgment and are retained with your submission. They are not a notarized or certified electronic signature, and PLRK does not execute agreements through this website.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, use the forms to send spam or unauthorized content, attempt to access restricted staff areas without authorization, or interfere with the website’s operation.

Intellectual property

Site content, logos and the PLRK name are owned by Poor Little Rich Kids LLC or used with permission. Property photographs are used with the permission of the property owners.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law PLRK is not liable for decisions made in reliance on informational content that is subject to verification, or for interruptions to the website or email services.
