Who we are

Poor Little Rich Kids LLC (“PLRK”, “we”, “us”) is a Georgia-based real estate, community development and housing coordination company. Information we collect

• Information you submit through forms: name, contact details, organization, housing needs, household size, budget, funding source, property details and any message you write. Acknowledgment checkboxes are recorded with a date and time stamp.
• Technical information: when you submit a form, the website records the submission time, your IP address and browser type to help detect misuse. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.
• Cookies: this website uses only the cookies needed for it to function (for example, remembering that you entered the staff password). We do not run advertising trackers. If analytics are added in the future this policy will be updated first.

Donations

Donations are made through the website’s secure checkout. We collect your name, email address, optional phone number, donation amount and any message you add, and keep them as a donation record in the protected administrative area so we can send your receipt and acknowledge your gift. Card and PayPal payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; PLRK and Heritage Healing and Safe Haven A Flawless Enterprise Co. never receive or store your full card or bank account details. The payment provider’s own privacy policy applies to the information you give it.

What we ask you not to send

Please do not enter Social Security numbers, full bank or card numbers, medical diagnoses, confidential shelter locations or sensitive safety narratives in any form. If documents are needed, PLRK will arrange a secure method with you directly.

How we use information

• To respond to housing inquiries, referrals, partnership and property submissions.
• To evaluate housing needs, coordinate referrals and placements with authorized property, agency, funding and service partners, limited to what is reasonably necessary.
• To send you a confirmation copy of your submission and follow-up communications about your request.
• To protect the website and detect spam or unauthorized submissions.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How submissions are transmitted and stored

Forms are transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Each submission is emailed to PLRK’s designated business email address and stored in the website’s protected administrative area, which only authorized PLRK administrators can access with their own credentials. Staff can download records from that area for authorized work. Restricted staff records are kept on password-protected pages that are excluded from search engines.

Sharing

Information is shared only with authorized property, agency, funding and service partners as needed to coordinate housing you have asked about, with service providers that host or deliver this website and its email, or when required by law. Email and telephone communications use those external services.

Retention

Submissions are retained while needed for the purpose you submitted them and for reasonable record-keeping, then deleted or anonymized. You may ask us to delete your submission at any time.

Your choices and rights

You may request a copy of the information you submitted, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw a consent you gave for future sharing by contacting plrkproperties@jessflawless.com. Withdrawal does not undo sharing already completed with permission.

Children

This website is intended for adults. Information about minors should be provided only by a parent, guardian or authorized representative as part of a household inquiry.

Changes

We may update this policy as the website and our services develop. The effective date above shows the latest version.
