Property-specific rules & contacts

These expectations do not substitute for a signed lease, state/local law, or provider policies. Additional conditions or sober-site restrictions require property approval and fair-housing review. Residents are evaluated on applicable written standards and actual conduct, not disability, diagnosis, past hardship, or assumptions.
